Who We Are
PHACT is a network of foster homes; we do not have an animal shelter facility yet most of our pets have been rescued from area shelters. If you care to become a foster parent, please let us know.Adopting a friend
Our adoption requirements include vet references (when possible), evidence of home ownership or pet lease agreement and rehoming adoption fee. Mandatory spay or neuter for all pets. Your donations and adoption fees cover veterinary expenses and help other pets who may have had special needs and care.Come Visit Us!

Archie lis a lover!! He enjoyed snuggling in your arms and dosen't mind wearing a coat to kep warm and he love agility. He knows place, sit, down, and walking on a loose leash. He is currently working on perfecting his home manners, crate training, "leave it", and more agility! |
