Elgin Humane Society
The Elgin Humane Society is a small no-kill animal shelter located in Elgin that rescues animals from kill shelters. Since they do not have much room in their shelter, foster homes are often utilized to help take care of the animals. The shelter provides healthcare, including vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping. An adoption fee of $95 for vaccinated dogs and puppies is required to help with the cost of care given.
